Vegetable Fermentation and Sourdough Breadmaking

This is a hands' on workshop where you will learn about the importance of the gut microbiome and be introduced to making sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, kefir, vinegar and sourdough bread.
Make and take home 3 different jars of vegetables, to ferment at home.
Enjoy a shared meal, tasting a variety of fermented foods and sourdough bread; you might like to bring something to contribute, such as toppings for the bread.
Be provided with starters, a detailed handout and recipes.
Please bring 3 small clean glass jars with lids to take home what you have made.
