Return your used Packaging

Send us back your used boxes, chillpacks and wool inserts, so we can use them again, and again.

How it Works

  • Save up your used packaging

    We love to re-use our packaging when possible! If your original packaging has not been spoiled by meat residue, it is fine to return it to us. Yes, this includes flattened boxes, chill packs and wool insulation.

  • Let us know you're ready

    Contact shop@mangaroa.org and let us know you are ready to send your packaging back. We will send you a courier sticker via email which you can print on a home printer and tape to your package-filled box. In some cases you might find a return sticker already in your box!

  • Book a Pickup

    Head to this link and book a pickup with your local NZ Post driver. Leave your box in a place which is easy for them to find. They will bring it back to us so we can make your packaging go another round.
