Our premium farmstay accomodation. Immerse yourself in 10 acres of natural beauty, and rest in the comfortable lodge, complete with 5 bedrooms, a large fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining, sauna and more.
Hilltop Estate
Hilltop is our warm double glazed abode tucked away at the base of the Waipango pine forest. Fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cosy fireplace, and beautiful views over farmland and native bush.

Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an email with a map and instructions for getting here by train or car. Guests are responsible for their own transportation.

Absolutely. Please submit your application and indicate that you’d like to volunteer. We’ll be sure to give you some fun things to do.

Woodcote Lodge has 5 rooms. 2 of these are Garden Suites which have an en-suite bathroom. The other 3 rooms are standard rooms which have a queen bed in each.

Woodcote Lodge has a wonderful sauna inside the house which is available for you use. There is also 10 acres of natural garden beauty for you to explore.

We rent our Woodcote Lodge for $600/night for the whole house. There is also a service fee of $400 per stay, which includes cover of electricity, WiFi and cleaning.

We will contact you when your booking has been confirmed and the payment stage will be finalised with our Guest Experience manager.

Booking overnight accomodation at Woodcote Lodge does not grant access to our spaces next door: Te Wharekai (our commercial kitchen),or The Yurt (our event space).
