Our Product Range

  • Beef

Our beef is primarily Angus or Angus Cross. We use low stress handling techniques to ensure the best life for the animals. Currently we butcher our animals as 3 year olds to ensure better flavour and increase marbling (intra-muscular fat). Our cattle are fed kelp, salt, and mineral mixes, along with our diverse pastures to ensure we are producing a premium nutrient dense product.

  • Lamb

We farm Coopworth sheep as the basis of our ewe flock, with an infusion of dairy breeds, enabling us to have year round finishing of our lamb. As with our cattle, we use low stress handling techniques to ensure the best life for our sheep. Sheep are fed kelp, salt, and mineral mixes, along with our diverse pastures to ensure we are producing a premium nutrient dense, flavour packed meal.

  • Fresh Produce

Harvested from our organically grown maara (garden) next door to our pastures, our Farm Shop / Kete Kai stocks a range of our latest seasonal produce, plus a growing collection of locally made, artisan kai & wellbeing products. These are pick up only, coming soon to online delivery.

The Soil Connection

Our livestock are part of a greater ecological system, including our underground livestock - the mycelium network. Through utilizing adaptive grazing, our animals play an active role in helping to rebuild our largest carbon sink - our soil.

These grazing practises influence soil biology, water infiltration and quality, and build drought & flood resilience into our ecosystem.

Local, Regenerative
Farming & Education
