Writing for Wellbeing workshop - using our Journals for Expression and Reflection.
Join Neci Monahan and the Mangaroa community for another evening of enjoyable writing exercises. We’ll be continuing to explore some of the ways personal writing can enhance our well-being by using it to clarify our experiences and understand ourselves better. With a little practice, we can become better narrators of our own life stories! We will do some prompt writing, sharing will be optional. No previous writing experience necessary. Bring a notebook and writing devices.
