Join us for a spacious day of movement, reflection, and deep rest as we explore the ancient wisdom of the Koshas — the five layers of being that guide us from the physical body to the quiet stillness of the soul.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Morning Movement Practice
Awaken and energize the body with an embodied, grounding yoga flow.
Koshas Workshop & Practices
Learn about the five Koshas and explore practices to support each layer — including breathwork, meditation, journaling, and self-inquiry.
Nourishing Plant Based Lunch
Time to nourish the body and connect with others
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Unwind with long-held postures to release tension, followed by guided Yoga Nidra to access deep states of rest and inner awareness.
Space to Pause
Quiet time to reflect and simply BE.
