Morning Movement Practice
Anna will start your day with a slow, spacious, devotional movement practice to awaken and activate heart space.
Heart Space Reflection & Exploration
Embodiment Coach Jen will hold you in heart space as she leads a journalling and reflective enquiry; offering grounded guidance, compassionate presence, and permission to meet whatever arises with kindness. Rather than “figuring things out,” you’ll be invited to listen to the wisdom of the body and heart, allowing insights to unfold organically.
Delicious Plant Based Lunch
Time and Space to connect with others and spend time in the beautiful surrounds of Mangaroa Farm
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Unwind with long-held postures to release tension, meeting sensation with kindness, and cultivating gratitude and compassion for the body and its current experience. Finished with a guided Yoga Nidra to access deep states of rest and inner awareness.
