Nature time, fresh air, trees and water to soak the feet in following Waitangi Day.
We will start with some inner balancing activities to calm the nervous system and let the brain dial down, then head into the forest and connect with the slower pace of nature.
Really good for overloaded nerves to relax, frazzled minds to reset, and for an immune system boost!
