Hatha Yoga is the original form of yoga. True to it's ancient roots, this class is an intro into this potent science. A gentle, grounding practice designed to calm the mind and restore balance. Over 75 minutes, you’ll explore simple postures, focused breathing, and quiet moments of stillness - all of which is aimed at creating a clear, calm, and stable mind.
This is not a workout, so don't expect to sweat. Instead, it is an opportunity to find stability, clarity and calmness in a world of busyness. We will end the class with a short pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
No prior experience needed

We will provide mats, blocks and bolsters. All you need to bring is yourself and some lightweight clothing to practice in.
This is an invitation to pause, soften into the present moment, and reconnect with yourself.
