You’re here because you’re ready to book through our AirBnb channel.
We are using AirBnb because it’s the best way we can gather genuine, heartfelt reviews from people who know what we’re about.
What we need from you:
Unfortunately, Airbnb doesn’t allow discount codes or free stays, so $20.00 NZD is required from each guest, to confirm it on Airbnb.
There is a bit of a workaround process in order to complete this successfully - please follow the instructions below.

Find the house you’re keen to stay in on Airbnb (houses listed below)
Choose your dates on the selected property
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Message Host” (see below for reference). This is the only way we can send you a custom offer so please make sure you do this. *Do not click “reserve” underneath the booking dates.
How to Book
4. Message Billy (the host) with your name + organisation
5. We’ll reply to your message and send a “special offer” for AirBnb’s base rate of $20.00 NZD
6. You accept the offer and confirm your booking, and pay the small fee.
Note: it’s important that you accept the offer within 24 hours of receiving, or it will expire.
You’re Done!
Once you have accepted the offer and confirmed your booking, you are now ready to enjoy your stay at Mangaroa Farms.
After your stay, you’ll be prompted by Airbnb to leave us a review (this is the most important part). We’ll leave you one, too.

Airbnb has rules where they don’t allow free stays unfortunately, so we have to cooperate with that. We hope that as a gesture of goodwill for allowing your stay to be free/compensated, you will cover the small cost of securing the booking on Airbnb. To clarify, it’s only $10USD per stay, not per night. With the exchange rate and fees, this adds up to roughly $20NZD.

Your stay will work in the exact same way as a general Airbnb stay would, with all of our staff and facilities support.

Awesome! That means you’ll have a great time, and we will get more reviews on our properties. However this means we’ll have to put through a separate booking for each house, and each booking will incur the minimum $17NZD cost.
