Coriander or cilantro (also known as chinese parsley) has a fragrant, refreshing, and citrusy taste and aroma which can be used in a variety of international dishes including soups, salads and curries. All parts of the herb are edible (including the stem which can be chopped finely) so we highly recommend making the most of this bag of freshness to use in a salad, curry, dips or even a pesto!

Resilience & Regeneration
Our veges are grown locally on our farm with no harmful sprays/chemicals inside our greenhouse, or outside in one of our classic 25m long garden beds. Happy herds of sheep, cows, and chickens are grazed in the pastures nearby, working as part of a regenerative system that nourishes the underground soil microbes, and giving back to Papatūānuku.
