About the Position

Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior leadership position responsible for the direction and day-to-day operations of our regenerative Sheep/Beef farm, including animal welfare, people management, pastoral care, soil health and function, financial performance, planning and facilitation of the entire "livestock operations" for the Farm.

A core aspect of this role is to ensure that soil health and function serve as the fundamental foundation for supporting and creating life through photosynthesis.

Included in this role is sharing this knowledge through delivering exceptional integrated educational experiences to visitors, through activities like tours, workshop demonstrations, open farm days, and other community engagements.

Our ideal candidate would have strong passion and experience in regenerative organic farming as well as a can-do, team-oriented attitude. Ideal traits include curiosity, adaptability, efficiency, independence and the ability to work in conditions that are continuing to be developed.

Collaborating with other members of the Leadership Team, the Farm Manager will help to align outcomes across the wider organisation, including the Market Garden, our growing Retail offering, Forestry, Properties, and Hospitality.

This is an exciting time to be a part of a story that connects to our purpose, place and people.
