Pasture raised lamb grown with organic principles.

While not as well known as the rack of lamb (cut from the upper part of the rib cage) - lamb ribs are delicious wee chewy morsels cut from the lower part of the animal’s rib cage. Packaged as single riblets, these small and succulent dish riblets make for a fantastic alternative to their pork and beef counterparts.

Suggested cooking method:

  • Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge
  • Remove from fridge at least 30 minutes prior to cooking
  • Preheat BBQ or frying pan to a medium heat 
  • Add the ribs and cook all sides until browned and crunchy for 10-15 minutes or put in a smoker for 1 hour
  • For a tender, fall off the bone textured rib, wrap in foil and leave on a very low heat for an hour or more.

Resilience & Regeneration

Our veges are grown locally on our farm with no harmful sprays/chemicals inside our greenhouse, or outside in one of our classic 25m long garden beds. Happy herds of sheep, cows, and chickens are grazed in the pastures nearby, working as part of a regenerative system that nourishes the underground soil microbes, and giving back to Papatūānuku.
